Welcome to your home in Porto! This bright 66 m² one-bedroom apartment offers a modern yet cosy retreat on the third floor of the building, accessible by lift. The living area is designed for relaxation, with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table for four. From here, step onto the private balcony and enjoy a quiet moment outdoors. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine are also available, making the apartment ideal for both short and extended stays. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned to guarantee a pleasant and hygienic stay. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
