The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the train station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! This lovely apartment with 120m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a backyard where you can enjoy the fresh air. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. There are three bedrooms. Two are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the other has one single bed. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a EUR200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80EUR. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20eur (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30eur (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

تتمتع الشقة بموقع جيد. يوجد سوبرماركت ومحطة مترو في الجوار مباشرة. كانت الشقة نظيفة، وتطابق الصور، وتوفر مساحة كافية لخمسة أشخاص.
