The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the metro station is just 950 meters away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs (20 flights of stairs). The wooden ceiling beams and light-toned flooring add a warm, natural touch to the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The living area includes a stylish leather couch and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A small dining table is ideal for casual meals or work. The open layout also includes a compact yet well-equipped kitchenette featuring a microwave, cooking plate, sink, and essential cookware for meals. The sleeping area features a cosy double bed with a small area beside it, featuring a support desk for work and some organization. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!
