This cosy 28m² studio is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The property is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift. The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for two, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine. The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Ample storage space is also provided for your belongings, adding to the room’s functionality. The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, the property includes a washer, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
