Welcome to a GuestReady Essential property, located in the vibrant district of Boavista, where you'll find many of Porto's best attractions just a stones throw away. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the flat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Inside your flat, you'll enjoy all the essentials for a smooth and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime. A Note on Expectations: While we aim to provide a comfortable stay, you may notice the occasional noise disturbance from neighbours and the neighbourhood. Some everyday wear may also be present, consistent with practical living accommodations. Also, the apartment may get slightly warm sometimes, and as an old property, the plumbing can be a bit tricky and guests may experience lower-than-average water pressure sometimes. At GuestReady Essential, we deliver simplicity, comfort, and reliable hospitality so you can enjoy your trip without the unnecessary extras. We look forward to welcoming you!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
