The historic Romanesque Igreja de Cedofeita and the always lively Praça Carlos Alberto are charming spots waiting just around the corner. Despite enjoying this authentic neighbourhood feel, its proximity to Porto's historic centre is absolutely enviable. With a pleasant and scenic walk downhill, you'll quickly find yourself at the tourist epicentre of the 'Invicta'. You'll have incredibly easy and direct access to the iconic Clérigos Tower, the charming Lello Bookshop, the imposing Avenida dos Aliados and the vibrant Galerias de Paris area. It's the ideal setting to immerse yourself in the city's rich architecture, before heading down the winding alleys to the Ribeira to enjoy the late afternoon by the Douro River. Welcome! This cosy apartment, designed to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Porto and its attractions. Ideal for couples or families, this accommodation features a practical open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room, with excellent natural light, is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing. The space also includes a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, it features a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine. From the living room, you have direct access to a pleasant balcony, ideal for getting some fresh air and admiring the authentic Porto architecture of the neighbourhood. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in a serene green tone, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for a revitalising rest. It is equipped with a double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a small desk, ideal for those who need to work or plan the next day's itinerary. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Access to the accommodation, on the 3rd floor, is by stairs only! Enjoy your stay!

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a cap of €80. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Paid street parking available.

موقع رائع. يحتوي على ما تحتاجه للطهي الأساسي. نظيف جدًا. فقط كن على علم بأن تدفق الهواء ليس الأفضل في الأيام الحارة جدًا لكنهم وفروا مزيل رطوبة ومروحتين صندوقيتين. بالتأكيد سأقيم هنا مرة أخرى
