The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Trindade metro station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! This lovely 70m² home is located in a prime location near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights. The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find two comfortable double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals. There is a small area fully where you can prepare simple meals, equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric plate, microwave and coffee machine. Multiple windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which features an elevator for easy access. Please note that the property is on a busy street with bars and discos, which can make it a little noisy. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
