Welcome to my home! This lovely 40m² studio apartment is ideally situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse cuisine options. Located on the ground floor, the studio offers easy access. The living room is a cosy retreat with a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other handy appliances. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor is a relaxing area featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens. The bathroom is well-appointed with towels and toiletries, ensuring you have everything needed to freshen up. The studio is professionally cleaned before your arrival to provide a comfortable stay. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

لطيفة جداً، تماماً مثل الصور، الموقع قريب ومرن، الشيء الوحيد هو أن المكنسة لم تعمل ووجدنا شريطاً على الطاولة بجانب السرير (نعتقد أنه من النزيل السابق)، الباقي كان جيداً.
