Situated on the 2nd floor via stairs, this modern and tastefully decorated 39m2 apartment provides proximity to Lisbon and easy access to the city's best beaches, featuring upscale beach clubs and restaurants open year-round. This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, including an induction stove and a microwave. There's also a dining table where for two. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

We have a crib available in the common area storage closet, and the cleaning team can place it in the room. It's important to note that we do not have baby safety gates. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

الشقة لا بأس بها تماماً، يمكن أن يكون بها محمصة خبز أو فرن، ورف لتجفيف الأطباق...ومناشف ورقية، المنطقة المحيطة بالشقة لم تكن لطيفة جداً، كما أنها بعيدة جداً عن المتجر.
