Welcome! This modern cosy home, with 150m², is located in a calm urban area just 5 minutes drive from the airport. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area also features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening up the space and making it even more inviting. There is also a backyard area with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside on sunny days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric hob, oven, coffee machine, and other essential appliances. A washing machine is also available. The property offers three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with a single bed. Each bed is dressed in high-quality, hotel-grade linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms include all necessary amenities, such as towels and toiletries, for your convenience. To ensure a pleasant experience, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. We hope you enjoy your time here!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كل شيء على ما يرام. منزل كبير وجميل وجيد التجهيز. القرب من المطار ميزة، كلما قبلت ضجيج الطائرات الذي لا مفر منه.
