Welcome to Casa Grande, a majestic 18th-century mansion full of history, nestled in the stunning landscapes of São Miguel. Embark on a journey through time by staying in the heart of Sete Cidades, one of Portugal’s seven natural wonders, and immerse yourself in the historic halls of this distinguished mansion, surrounded by lush gardens! On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, an elegant and spacious area furnished with comfortable sofas for you to relax. The dining room features a large table, perfect for hosting the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine, among other appliances. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms. Two are furnished with queen-size beds, while the remaining rooms have two single beds each, one of which also includes a bunk bed. Finally, the bathrooms come with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
