Experience an inviting 35 m² apartment located in one of Paris’s most sought-after districts. Set in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, this cosy space comfortably hosts up to 3 guests—an ideal base for exploring the city with friends or family.

Designed for comfort and convenience, this apartment offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The main living area includes a double bed, a single sofa-bed, a TV and a dining corner—perfect for unwinding or sharing a meal after a day in the city. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stovetop, microwave and a Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided to start your mornings smoothly. A bathroom with toilet offers all essential amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. Additional features include Wi-Fi, ironing equipment, fresh bed linen and towels for each guest. 📍 The apartment is located on the ground floor. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment has no standard window: the only opening is a roof window above the bed. The air is not renewed much, especially when cooking. If you are sensitive to stuffy air or want a window looking outside, please take this into account. * The apartment is not air-conditioned and the air circulates little: during heatwaves it gets hot inside, including at night. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in a quiet part of the 7th arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ-de-Mars and 7 minutes from École Militaire metro station (line 8), in a 35 m² (377 sq ft) ground-floor apartment with an equipped open kitchen.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring full privacy throughout your stay.

Check-in is fully autonomous thanks to a detailed arrival guide available 24/7. 🔔 Late arrivals: For check-ins after 11 p.m., it is essential to follow the instructions in the guide, as our team is unable to assist in person beyond this time. We remain available every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. via phone or messaging to answer your questions and support you during your stay.
