Welcome to my home! The apartment is just 1 minute away from Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful squares in Paris, and is surrounded by various restaurants and shops. The living/dining room is elegantly furnished, very well-kept and generously lit with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table, perfect for sharing moments together or working alone. There's a fan available for maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
