The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious double bed (180x200) topped with high-quality hotel linens, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. A spacious wardrobe is also provided for you to store your belongings, making you feel right at home. The modern bathroom is complete with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, which is available throughout your stay. For your peace of mind, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each guest, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment. Relax and enjoy your stay in this comfortable and inviting apartment!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
