This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a desk perfect for remote workers. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
