It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with its two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 6-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome! The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. As you step into this charming 50 m² apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright, stylish space designed for comfort. The living room invites you to unwind, offering a cosy sofa and a large TV for relaxation. Just next to it, the dining area features a table perfect for two, ideal for intimate meals. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for culinary creations, with an oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster. For added convenience, a washer is also available. The first bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed (160x200), ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom features a trundle bed, perfect for children, and a desk for work or leisure activities. Both rooms are carefully prepared with high-quality hotel linens for your comfort. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, toilet, and a separate toilet for extra convenience. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay, ensuring you stay connected. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to provide a fresh experience. This apartment is available exclusively with a mobility lease. Now, all left is for you to relax and enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
