It can comfortably accommodate 5 people with its 3 bedrooms with a queen-size bed and 3 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and large living room. The accommodation is available on a short-term lease for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 116 m², located on the 1st floor (with elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to the Arc de Triomphe, Bois de Boulogne and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa (non-convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (type Nespresso), utensils, and dishes.
