Ideally located just 4 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. The apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 69 m² apartment, designed to make your Paris stay both comfortable and memorable. The living room features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, and opens onto a private balcony with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee while taking in the open view of the street. The dining area seats up to four guests, ideal for shared meals or cozy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook at home, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds (160x200), dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Spacious closets are available for your belongings, so you can truly feel at home. The spacious bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and enjoy peace of mind with a smoke detector installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease. All you have left is to simply unpack, relax, and enjoy Paris.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
