Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station is 6 minutes away, so guests can easily explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa and a three-seater dining area where you can eat your meals. You can access the backyard through the living room, which is fully furnished with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air! The kitchenette is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutleries needed to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, a microwave and a toaster. In the bright bedroom, you'll find a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
