This stylish apartment features a beautifully designed living space, an open-plan kitchen, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The cozy living area invites you to unwind with a plush sofa that converts into a double bed, along with a dining table that comfortably seats up to four guests. The fully equipped open kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals: a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Enjoy breakfast at the bar stools along the counter for a relaxed start to your day. The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed (140x200) with high-quality hotel-style linens carefully prepared for your comfort. The en-suite bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower, a modern sink, and a large mirror—perfect for getting ready with ease. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your visit. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, ensuring a pristine and welcoming space. All that’s left for you to do is relax and enjoy! IMPORTANT: Construction work is currently taking place directly opposite the apartment and may cause significant daytime noise. To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only).
