Welcome to my home! Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this charming 24m2 studio is within walking distance to Charonne Metro and various attractions in Paris! Relax after a long day in the capital in the bright living area which features a sofa set opposite to the kitchenette that is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up an easy breakfast including a stove, a microwave, and a toaster. There's also a small dining area next to the sofa where you can eat your meals with loved ones! The attached bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens that are at your disposal. The partition leading to the bedroom can be closed so that you'll have privacy while you sleep. Please note that the access to the bedroom is via a narrow staircase. The bathroom downstair contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. Please note the appartment isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility As that the apartment's stairs are narrow and slightly inclined. Therefore, the property is not recommended for elderly guests or families with young children. We advise you to consider this before booking. It is nt Enjoy your stay!
