Welcome to my 94 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital.

Welcome! Step into this 94 m² apartment and discover a bright, beautifully decorated space designed with care and sophistication. The living room invites you to relax with its ultra-comfortable sofas and television. The dining area can accommodate up to four guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster… A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160x200), dressed with high-quality hotel-grade linens for a restful night’s sleep. A workspace is also available, perfect for getting work done. Deux salles de bains sont disponibles : l'une comprend un lavabo, une douche et des toilettes ; l'autre est équipée d’une vasque, d’un miroir et d’une douche. Les toilettes sont séparées pour plus de confort. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector has been installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each reservation. All that’s left to do is unpack and fully enjoy your Parisian getaway!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
