Located between the Opera and Montmartre. At the foot of several Metro lines (Trinité, Saint-Lazare), you can also take the bus which goes directly to Roissy CDG airport in 50 minutes (from Opéra)

Welcome to our cozy cocoon nestled in the heart of Paris, just steps away from Saint-Lazare and the Grands Boulevards. This refined space offers a peaceful retreat in the midst of Parisian energy—perfect for an authentic experience filled with charm, comfort, and convenience.

Our apartment features a bright and spacious living room with both a classic sofa and a convertible one—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast or preparing a cozy dinner at home. The mezzanine bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed for a restful sleep. Please note, however, that the ceiling height in this area is low, which may not be ideal for everyone. Still, it offers a charming and intimate sleeping space. You’ll find a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower, along with a hairdryer for your convenience. To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide high-quality bed linen and bath towels, so you can pack light and focus entirely on enjoying Paris.

The sofa bed cannot be folded into a sofa at this time. Thank you for your understanding. Parties prohibited and non-smoking accommodation Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it. Arrivals are made independently from 4 p.m. via a key box. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
