It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom featuring a 140 cm bed, kitchen-living room area, and bathroom. Ideally located three minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the capital. The apartment is available for stays of 30 days minimum.

Welcome to this beautiful 36 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Modern, colorful, and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location 100 m from the Pompidou Center, close to the Marais and downtown Paris, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The entrance opens to a comfortable room with a double bed (140 x 200). It is made up with hotel-quality bedding. Storage options are available so you can settle in comfortably. The window overlooks the building's interior courtyard. At the end of the hallway, the living room and kitchen are bright thanks to two windows. The living room has a sofa (not convertible) and a TV, as well as a desk area. The dining area has a table that seats up to two people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washing machine and drying rack for added convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a large mirror, and a hairdryer. The toilet is included in the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. The accommodation can be rented for a minimum of 30 days. A lease, deposit, and inventory form must be signed before you move in. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!
