It can accommodate two people with its bright living room, comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro station, you can enjoy a great stay in the capital city.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 33m² apartment is close to various top attractions, such as Le Marais and The Centre Pompidou! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

مكان رائع، نظيف وهادئ ويحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه. كانت هناك بعض المشاكل في تعليمات تسجيل الوصول، لكنهم حلّوها بسرعة كبيرة. سأعود إليه مرة أخرى.
