Located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator), it has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a sofa bed, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Filles du Calvaire metro station will easily access the capital's historic sites.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 45m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa and a dining table for two. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment for your convenience. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
