Welcome to my spacious 104m2 apartment on the first floor in the vibrant 18th arrondissement of Paris. This stylish retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ideally situated just a 6-minute walk from the metro, you’ll have easy access to all the attractions of the City of Light.

Welcome! The entrance door to this 104 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and large television, offers the perfect setting to relax after a busy day exploring Paris. The dining area features a table that can seat up to six guests, which is ideal for family or friends' meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes: oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine; everything is designed for your comfort. The first two bedrooms each feature a Queen-size bed (160 x 200) for a restful night’s sleep, while the third bedroom is equipped with three single beds (two of which can be combined to form a 160 x 200 bed), as well as a desk for those working remotely. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens, ensuring optimal comfort. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All that's left is to enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only).
