Welcome to my 70m² apartment on the 6th floor, perfectly situated in the heart of Paris's vibrant 2nd arrondissement. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, it features two cozy bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Just a 2-minute walk from the metro, this apartment is your ideal retreat for a serene and unforgettable stay in the City of Light.

Welcome to my home! The apartment is located in the lively 2nd arrondissement, just steps away from many local attractions such as the Museum of Illusion and the Étienne Marcel metro. Step into this elegant 70 m² apartment and enjoy its bright ambience and refined decor. The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, which easily converts into a double bed and a large TV for your entertainment. The dining area features a welcoming table for up to five guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a range of useful utensils. The two comfortable bedrooms each have a double bed (140x200) with high-quality hotel linens for a great night's sleep. Spacious closets are also available to store your belongings. Please note: In one of the bedrooms, there is a small sofa that can serve as a single bed. It is best suited for a child rather than an adult. The well-appointed bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate for added convenience. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and a smoke detector ensures your safety. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays for your comfort. Please note that for your comfort, a portable mini air conditioner is available in the living room, as well as fans in the bedrooms. Settle in, relax, and enjoy your stay!
