If you're looking for something more active, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris is a great place to explore. And don't forget to stop by the Panthéon! Gobelin is also a great place to eat and drink. Chez Gladines Buttes aux Cailles is a great spot for a casual meal, and La Comedia is perfect for a night out. There are also plenty of cafes to choose from, including La Closerie Des Lilas. Getting around Gobelin is easy, with Les Gobelins station just a short walk away. Campo-Formio station is also nearby, making it easy to explore all that Gobelin has to offer!

Welcome to my home! Bright and spacious, this one bedroom apartment of 42 m² is located on the sixth floor of a residential building (with elevator), fully equipped for a comfortable stay in Paris. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. - a living room with comfortable sofa, and a dining table that doubles as a work space - a fully-equipped kitchen with all the mod-cons you need (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle) - a lovely bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed fitted with hotel quality linens - a nice clean bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower Quality towels and bed linen will be provided for your comfort. We hope you will enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
