The 10th arrondissement seduces as much by its lively and colourful side as by its historical heritage. Indeed, one reaches these places through the famous Porte Saint-Denis, a triumphal arch with sumptuous bas-reliefs built in 1672 to the glory of the Sun King, Louis XIV. As you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy, and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage or the passage of Desire. If you want to discover the city differently, tour the Brady Passage to take advantage of the many Indian and Pakistani signs. Don't miss also the unusual view of the smallest house in Paris, at n°39 rue du Château d'Eau. Children and adults alike will love the Manoir de Paris, a "haunted house" in a former earthenware factory. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people with its bright living room with a sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! Located just a minute's walk from the Canal Saint-Martin (Quai de Valmy), in a predominantly pedestrian zone, this 30 m² apartment overlooking a courtyard offers a peaceful stay while being just a stone's throw from numerous restaurants, shops, and several metro lines. This apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift and is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a towel dryer, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer. Please note that the air conditioning is portable and can only be used in one room. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

الشقة كما وُصفت. كان الموظفون منتبهين ومتجاوبين للغاية. الكثير من الأشياء للطهي ومساحة لتخزين الملابس. جيدة جداً لبضعة أيام في باريس.
