Welcome to my 55m² apartment on the 5th floor in the 15th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people in its bedroom, which has a double bed, and it has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.  Ideally located minutes from the Champs de Mars and metro stations, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum stay of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 55 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, shops, transport links, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table for two people, perfect for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises a bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
