Just a 7-minute walk from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. This apartment is available on a Mobility/civil lease only.

Welcome! Step into this homely 15 m² studio, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The studio is located on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs. The studio has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140x200), thoughtfully prepared with high-quality hotel linens and a dining table for up to three people. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bath has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
