Welcome to my 80m² apartment, on the 3rd floor with a lift, at 16th Arrondissement in Paris! It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro station, you can enjoy a pleasant stay exploring Paris!

Welcome to my home! Elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated, this charming flat is within walking distance to various top attractions in Paris! Relax in the spacious living room which features two plush sofas next to a fireplace, a TV, and a huge window that illuminates the space during the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, a fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There's a dining area complete with a dining table and chairs for 4 where you can dine with loved ones. The 2 bedrooms contain a double bed (140x200) and wardrobe for your belongings. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. A smoke detector is installed for your safety! You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

موقع رائع. يمكن الوصول سيراً على الأقدام إلى برج إيفل. الكثير من أماكن التسوق والمطاعم القريبة.
