Welcome to my charming 45m² apartment in the 20th Arrondissement of Paris. It comfortably sleeps 4 people and has a bright living room, two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The nearby metro line 11 will give you easy access to the city's historical sites.

Welcome to my apartment! This modern and tastefully decorated 45m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Parc des Buttes-Chaumont! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a bar table for four. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and espresso machine with classic capsules and dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs and fans for your comfort. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a double bed (140x200). The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided, and the toilet area is separated. You will have access to Wifi with ultra-fast fibre and a dedicated work area. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the property is equipped with the latest generation inertia radiators in each living area, providing optimum comfort. It is located on the 4th floor and is accessible only by stairs. قريب جداً من كل شيء، لديك سوبر ماركت في نهاية الشارع ومحطة المترو. المنزل جميل ونظيف. موصى به للغاية!

شقة لا تشوبها شائبة في مبنى هادئ يتطابق مع الصور في موقع جميل، كل شيء قريب من الشقة... النقطة السلبية الوحيدة هي الأرضية.
