Welcome to my 36 m² apartment on the ground floor in the 11th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates 2 people with its bedroom featuring a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located just 4 minutes from the metro, you'll be able to enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. This apartment is available only under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this stylish 36 m² apartment, where you'll find a bright and elegantly decorated space. The cozy living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining area includes a table for two, ideal for intimate meals. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom boasts a double bed (140x200), neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. An armoire provides ample storage, allowing you to feel right at home. Please note that access to the bedroom is via stairs, which may be inconvenient for those with reduced mobility. The bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower, while the toilet is separate for added privacy. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay, and for your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay, ensuring a fresh environment. This apartment is available only under a mobility lease. All that’s left for you to do is relax and enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
