Welcome to my home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa-bed and a double bed, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring Paris. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! A portable AC is available for your comfort. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
