Welcome to my 40m² apartment on the 2nd floor without an elevator in the 2nd Arrondissement, Paris. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bright living room, comfortable bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.  Ideally located minutes from the metro stations Strasbourg Saint-Denis and Sentier, you can easily explore the best attractions in Paris!

Welcome to my flat! This spacious 40 m² flat, decorated in a cosy, arty style, is located in the typical Sentier district of Paris. It offers a fantastic location for visiting Paris, with several metro lines within a 5-minute walk (4, 9, 8 and 3). It is located on a small, typical Parisian square. On the second floor (no lift), overlooking a courtyard, it gives you the peace and quiet you need without the noise of traffic, just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Paris. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the historic Montorgueil district, and a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens and the Marais district. Thanks to the metro lines, it is 15 minutes from Saint-Michel, 20 minutes from the Champs Elysées and 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The lively Grands Boulevards and Faubourg Saint-Denis districts, with their many bars, restaurants, theatres and cinemas, are less than 10 minutes' walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The living room features a functional TV, a sofa and comfortable armchairs for relaxing after a long day. The decor is arty, creating a Parisian atmosphere, with posters, paintings and an industrial glass roof. The kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking utensils and cutlery you need to prepare delicious meals, including a cooker, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with free hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries. Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay! A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The flat is professionally cleaned (including odors ) between stays. All you have to do is enjoy!
