Welcome to my 110m2 apartment on the 3rd floor in the 16th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate five people with its living room, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 110 m², located on the 3rd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need and is the ideal base for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with sofas and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (2 queen – 160x190 and 1 simple 90x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub, and the second with a shower. The toilet is separated. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area, furnished with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €20, and arrivals after midnight require prior confirmation from GuestReady. In this case, please consult us before making any reservations. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
