It has wonderful energy, nice bright windows overlooking a quaint and quiet street lined with trees and nice restaurants and cafes. Only two blocks away from the lovely Square du Temple park and right in front of the Carreau du Temple where there are many activities and events happening all year round. It is conveniently located near Place de la République where you can find a large selection of shops, cafes, supermarkets and many metro lines, buses and taxis. Right across the street from the apartment you will also find a small convenience store open until late.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage place for your belongings The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
