Welcome to the 10th arrondissement of Paris, a nice neighborhood, hipster, trendy, young and "bobo". Located on the Right Bank of Paris (right side of the Seine), the 10th arrondissement includes two of the main stations: Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The 10th arrondissement also has a large part of the famous Canal Saint-Martin, connecting the north-east of Paris to the Seine. This neighborhood now benefits from the flourishing nightlife of neighboring neighborhoods. The streets of the Canal Saint-Martin are pedestrianized for half of the day every Saturday and all day Sunday for your bike and your pleasure to walk ! In this district and near the apartment, you will find the best restaurants in Paris, originals, several tastes from all over the world. You will also find amazing bars, clubs. This apartment and district will satisfy all tastes!

Welcome ! Experience the charm of Parisian living in this spacious two-level apartment, nestled under the elegant mansard roof with high ceilings and views over Boulevard de Magenta. Just steps from the picturesque Canal Saint-Martin, this is Paris at its most authentic. The 70 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers everything you need for a cozy and convenient stay. The living area features plush, comfortable sofas, a TV, a dedicated workspace, and a dining table that seats up to four people. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials to prepare your meals with ease: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140x200), dressed with high-quality hotel-grade linens, along with desks and bookshelves for added comfort and functionality. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the first bedroom. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub, and you’ll also find a washing machine for your convenience. Please note: The towel dryer in the apartment is currently not functioning. Thank you for your understanding. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your Parisian getaway!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

مكان جميل وأصيل! كان الموقع رائعاً! استمتعنا بإقامتنا! لم تكن لوازم الاستحمام كافية لـ 4 أشخاص ولكنه كان أمراً بسيطاً. كان المكان جميلاً جداً وقد أحببناه تماماً :)
