In order to validate your stay, please provide as much information as possible when submitting your booking request, including your introduction, reason for the stay, professional context, length of stay, etc. This accommodation is offered exclusively for medium-term stays under a rental agreement governed by the French Civil Code. It is intended strictly for temporary occupancy and cannot constitute the tenant's main residence. The tenant must maintain a separate main residence from the rented accommodation. This rental is particularly suitable for people on professional mobility, expatriates, employees on assignment, consultants, companies accommodating staff, or guests using the accommodation as a Parisian pied-à-terre. Before signing the contract, certain documents may be requested: ID document, proof of main residence, employment contract, assignment letter, employer certificate, company registration document if the lease is signed by a company, and a sworn statement confirming the temporary nature of the stay. The contract is written in French and must be signed in this language. If necessary, we recommend having it translated before signing. The contract provides for a fixed term with no automatic renewal and will specify the temporary reason for the occupancy as well as the tenant's main residence address. The actual temporary nature of the occupancy shall prevail over the title or wording of the contract. This accommodation is not suitable for guests wishing to establish their main residence there, guests who do not have another identifiable home, or guests looking for a short-term tourist rental. The price paid includes all charges related to the stay. Please send us a booking request that is as complete and detailed as possible in order to facilitate its validation. Please make sure to turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use and to adopt eco-friendly habits during your stay.
