It is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests and features a doble bed, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Just a 4-minute walk from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in the heart of the capital.

Welcome! Step into this 30 m² studio and discover a bright, tastefully decorated space designed for comfort and relaxation. The living area features a cosy sofa, a TV for your downtime, and a desk equipped with a monitor, perfect for working in peace. The sleeping area includes a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel-style linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy quality time in the open-plan kitchen and dining area, ideal for both cooking and eating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare delicious meals with ease. The modern bathroom includes a sink, mirror, walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine. Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is unpack and enjoy your time here!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

مكان جيد جداً، نظيف جداً ومريح للغاية. الحي آمن وهادئ، ومحطة المترو قريبة والكثير من المحلات التجارية في الزاوية. كان النزلاء متفاعلين وممتعين للغاية. أوصي حقاً بهذا المكان وسأعيد الحجز بالتأكيد.
