This apartment is located in the heart of Mouvaux, rue des Poilus (3 minutes walk from the “Trois Suisses” tramway stop). It is on the 1st floor of a small, very quiet and secure building. The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is very functional, well equipped and pleasant to live in. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips! You can park for free in the street.

To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. In the event of noise complaints or intervention by law enforcement, the security deposit may be fully retained. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Any failure to comply with this rule will result in the full deduction of the deposit, without exception. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance leading directly to the living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge area - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, so it is suitable for responsible and respectful travellers. Please refrain from having parties or making excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9 p.m.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Trois Suisses” tramway stop is a 3-minute walk away. The "Mouvaux Coeur De Ville" bus stop is 100 meters away. You can use the Ilévia application to travel around Lille Metropolis. Free street parking, with no time limit.

We are available during your stay by phone from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our maintenance technicians are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in case of emergency.
