This large house is located in a residential area in the heart of Mouveaux, rue du Congo. The house has been completely renovated recently. It is calm, bright and very functional. There's also a small garden. Ideal for a stay with family or friends!

The house is built on three floors, it is composed as follows: Ground floor : - a living room, - fully equipped kitchen, - dining room with table for 8 people, - a terrace with a table and a small garden. First floor : - A large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, two sinks and a toilet, - A spacious bedroom for two. Second floor : - A bedroom with two single beds (ideal for children) - A bedroom with a double bed Third floor. - A bedroom with a double bed and a work desk Please note that the stairs in the accommodation are typical of our pretty northern buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. In the event of noise complaints or intervention by law enforcement, the security deposit may be fully retained. The house has been carefully prepared to welcome you! Professional maid service + laundry for linens. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. The bed and cleaning are made before your arrival, all household linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.

This house is located in a quiet area, so it is suitable for responsible and respectful travelers. Be sure not to have any parties or excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm.
