This accommodation is located in Cour de Paux, in Mouvaux. This is a very charming little house with a courtyard at the back. Both bedrooms are upstairs. You will be less than 10 minutes walk from the “Triez” tram stop. If you come by car, parking is free in front of the house and in the surrounding streets. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The accommodation is composed as follows: - Large living room on the ground floor with lounge area, dining room and open kitchen - Bathroom with shower and sink - separate WC - Small courtyard at the back of the house - Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and another with two single beds To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. In the event of noise complaints or intervention by law enforcement, the security deposit may be fully retained. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Triez” tram station is an 8-minute walk away. Isly bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. You can use the Ilévia application to travel around Lille Metropolis. Free parking around the house, subject to availability.
