Multiple bus stops are nearby, and the metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13), 15 minutes away, will take you straight to Les Champs Elysées, where you can enjoy Paris' top attractions.

Welcome to my studio! Situated on the 1st floor without an elevator, this lovely and tastefully decorated 20m² studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a cooking plate, a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

المكان نظيف جداً ومنظّم، ويوجد سوبر ماركت، وصيدلية، ومقهى بالجوار، وخط مترو على بعد 15 دقيقة سيراً على الأقدام، ومحطة للحافلات على بعد 5 دقائق. أعجبني المكان وأود الإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.
