With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Gran Via train station (an 4-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, our comfortable and stylish apartment in the city center is ideal for exploring Madrid. The bright living room features a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals with your companions, as well as a spacious balcony—perfect for relaxing. The apartment has 3 air conditioning units: one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils and cutlery to prepare whatever you need, as well as all necessary appliances. There are two bedrooms: the first has a double bed, and the second has a bunk bed. All beds are provided with clean sheets for your comfort. The bathroom includes all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Guests also have access to a gym and a swimming pool shared with the building’s residents. Please note that the pool is only open during the summer (July and August). The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: this apartment is for temporary rental only – not available for tourist stays. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After the reservation is made, you will receive a contract to sign. Without signing the contract, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and the gym. The gym is open all year for your fitness needs. However, the pool is only available during the summer months.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).

تقع قبالة غران فيا مباشرةً بالقرب من جميع المناطق التي تحتاج إلى زيارتها. مثالي لمن يريد التجول في جميع أنحاء المدينة. على الجانب الآخر من الشارع المقابل لـ Dia وهو سوبر ماركت محلي لذا من السهل تخزين
