Welcome! I'm happy to host you in my studio, thoughtfully designed and furnished to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, it can accommodate up to 2 guests. As you enter this 18 m² studio, you'll find a bright, cozy, and tastefully decorated space. The studio features a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200), made up with hotel-quality linens, a TV, and a dining table for two. There’s also ample storage for your belongings and a fan for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, stovetop, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. A euros30 surcharge applies if you bring a pet, to be paid before check-in. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to settle in and enjoy!
