Welcome to my home! Tastefully furnished with modern decors, this lovely studio with a low ceiling is within walking distance of many of Lyon's top attractions! Relax in the bright living area, which features a double sofabed facing a large flat-screen TV. If you fancy dining in, there's also a connected dining area complete with a dining table with chairs for six where you can eat with loved ones! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you'll need to whip up delicious foods, including a stove, an oven, and a toaster. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor contains a double bed and a sofa at your disposal. Upon your arrival, the bed will be made, and complimentary hotel-quality linens will also be provided. The bathroom consists of all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Plus, there's a washer for all your laundry needs! Enjoy your stay!

You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

شقة رائعة تقع على منحدرات كروا روس. في وسط أجمل حي في ليون. تصميم جميل للشقة. أقمت هناك لمدة أربعة أسابيع وشعرت على الفور بأنني في منزلي. يسهل الوصول إلى وسط المدينة سيراً على الأقدام. الحافلة والمترو
