Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, it features 2BDR with king-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the metro, the apartment offers a peaceful stay in the heart of Vieux Lyon, making it the perfect base for exploring the city's rich history, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

Welcome to this beautiful 60 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a charming historic building in the heart of Lyon. One of the apartment's greatest assets is its exceptional location. It is nestled on one of the most iconic streets in Vieux Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This historic street is famous for its traboules—the unique hidden passageways that connect buildings and streets, offering a truly authentic Lyon experience. Quiet, warm, and full of character, the apartment has been carefully renovated and decorated by a renowned architect to make you feel right at home. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. The entrance opens onto a bright and welcoming living area featuring a comfortable sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining area includes a table seating up to six guests, making it perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, utensils, and tableware. The apartment features: A beautifully designed duplex bedroom, offering both comfort and privacy. Please note: access is via a staircase. A second bedroom located on the main floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) dressed in premium hotel-quality linens. You'll also find ample storage space and a safe for your personal belongings. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, a large mirror, and a toilet. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Summer Comfort The apartment is located in a protected historic building, where the installation of air conditioning is not permitted due to heritage preservation regulations. However, the apartment remains pleasantly comfortable during the warmer months. Its authentic Burgundy stone flooring naturally stays cool throughout the day. In addition, the windows and skylights provide excellent natural ventilation. The narrow, traditional street quickly falls into the shade in the late afternoon, reducing direct sunlight and helping to keep the apartment cooler. For your comfort, ceiling fans are installed to provide a pleasant airflow during summer evenings. Our guests generally find that this combination keeps the apartment comfortable, even on warmer days. Family Friendly Families are very welcome! A high-quality baby cot is available free of charge to make your stay with young children as comfortable as possible. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please note that, due to the absence of an elevator and the historic nature of the building, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
